Deja Vu? Honda Odyssey Misfire #2! (CAT MELTDOWN?)

The 2003 Odyssey is back with another misfire complaint!

Is it another injector going bad, or is there something else missing?

Doesn't take long to find the faulty part, but digging a little deeper shows there is more to the story :)

And is there collateral damage to the catalytic converter which was glowing RED-HOT??
