FARMALL 856- COLDSTART & DRIVE BY

After the Lebanon Valley Indoor Classic Tractor Expo this past Saturday, MichaelTJD60 and I took a drive down to John's (that717jeepguy) place to pick up a Craftsman GT20 that I had purchased from someone nearby John.

We decided to do a coldstart on his 1968 856 with a D-407 6.7L I-6.
When we had made our first trip down on a cold December day, we were unable to get it started.
This time we decided to boost it off his Jeep since the batteries were on the weak side and after a few tries we were able to get it to light off. It was great to hear the old D-407 wake up out of a long nap.

I hope to get some footage of the 856 and John's other two Farmalls working on his farm this spring.
