First off, we are mixing the whipped cream with the gingerbread syrup and the cinnamon as a base for the christmas coffee. We fill up our glass for a little less than half and add the espresso to the whipped cream. Then we fill up our glass with milk foam. The thick layer of milk foam makes it very good able to draw beautiful latte art on the top. Since we came up with a beautiful decoration idea for a Christmas tree, I decided to latte art one on the top of my Christmas Special. I am using the colors green, yellow and brown.
