I Built a Workout Tracker That Plans My Week for Me

I wanted a fitness tracker that actually coaches me, so I built one. I described it in plain English, and it got built - with no code.
Here's what it does: log your workouts, and the dashboard shows your total workouts, minutes, sessions this week, and your day streak. But the part that makes it more than a tracker is the AI. It analyzes your workouts and tells you what you're training well and where you're falling behind, builds you a weekly plan with rest days and intensity already worked out, and there's an AI coach that writes you a full multi-week program - strength, cardio, recovery, balanced.

The reason this matters: it doesn't just store your workouts. It reads them, tells you what you missed, and plans what's next. You describe how you want to train, and the app is built around that - nothing to set up, nothing to host. It just runs, and it's completely yours.
And one thing worth saying - this is an app, not a website. A real application with a database behind it, on any device.
