Foraging for Edible Leafy Greens with Chef Viet Pham

Food Foraging - it was the grocery store of our ancestors. Today, it's a rare activity practiced by avid outdoorsmen and nature enthusiasts. In this segment, I wander into the mountains just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. There, I'm met by Chef Viet Pham, owner of Pretty Bird Hot Chicken in SLC. He shares with me his knowledge and passion for utilizing naturally provided leafy greens.
