Food Foraging - it was the grocery store of our ancestors. Today, it's a rare activity practiced by avid outdoorsmen and nature enthusiasts. In this segment, I wander into the mountains just outside of Salt Lake City, Utah. There, I'm met by Chef Viet Pham, owner of Pretty Bird Hot Chicken in SLC.
