Southern Yellow Pine from Home Depot: 12 total boards of 2x10, 8' long. Cost = ~$95
Lee Valley Tail-Vise Screw (used on leg vise): http://www.leevalley.com/us/wood/page.aspx?cat=1,41659,41661,41664&p=41664
Cost = $40-50
Shop Fox D2893 Press Clamp (used for tail/wagon vise): http://a.co/akovWxZ
Cost = ~$25

Cost = $18
Dowels for bench dogs: 3/4in dowels from Walmart. They are Poplar, but the wood doesn't matter that much.
Cost = $5
Lag bolts are from Lowes.
Cost = $5
Total = $200
