Sunday Keys Template - NEW Piano and Sounds Walkthrough - March 2021

My mom made me take piano lessons when I was a kid.

Even worse, she made me take piano lessons from her.

At least, back then I thought they were the worst. Now, thinking back to those lessons gives me a feeling of warm nostalgia.

Which was exactly what I wanted to capture when we set out to sample the piano in my mom's spare room, an old Baldwin console piano that sounds like home to me.

The result of this sampling effort became the new 'Family Piano' instrument we added to Sunday Keys in the March update that was released last week.

In this new video you'll get to hear the story behind this piano and what it means to me, see a bit of the process that went into capturing it, and more.

This video also features some other new patches and their stories, including a little interview w/ producer and sound designer Jacob Maloney, who contributed four new soundbeds/swarms to this Sunday Keys update.
