EASY BUMPER/FENDER CLEAT INSTALL - SPRING LOADED - SUPER CLEAN

I Was so tired of not having anywhere to hang a bumper off of my boat. The year and make of my malibu didn't come with any cleats on it so it makes it really difficult to tie off to a dock comfortably. In this video I cover a complete install of a very cool product that I found on amazon. it is a spring loaded fender hook. It is awesome!
