This 10-minute full body Mat Pilates workout with a ball is designed to strengthen and tone from head to toe using controlled, low-impact movements. The Pilates ball adds an extra layer of challenge throughout the class and ensures that deep core activation.
We’ll target mainly the arms and abs with some glute work interspersed. By training stability and control, you’ll feel more supported within your body and move with greater ease in daily life.
