It has three members: Azul Ashengrotto, Jade Leech, and Floyd Leech. Octavinelle was founded on the pity of the Sea Witch and is inspired by the world of The Little Mermaid.

The symbol for the dorm is the seashell which Ursula wore and used to hold Ariel's voice. The flower-like symbol at the top resembles the crown Ursula steals from King Triton in the movie's climax and the tentacles are very overt allusions to Ursula.
