Coffee hunting Honduras (Part 0)

In May 2021 in the country of Honduras, we discovered a very unique coffee. In June 2021 we returned to visit the farm and ensure the origin of the coffee and sustainability, both social and environmental. This series shows all parts of the coffee hunting process, from sampling coffees to driving to the farm, to hiking through the farm to see the coffee trees themselves. At the end of the series, we take coffee samples in order to share with other American roasters who may be interested in this coffee.
