The Yellers are the victims of multiple prank phone calls from both soundboards and conference call connections.[2][3] They have been either jointly or individually victimized by the soundboards of Jackass Plumber,[4] Angry Black Guy,[5] Rick the Mullet Man,[6] Duncan,[7] Springfield Pervert,[8] New York City Cunt,[9] Chris the Hacker,[10] Charles,[11] Crazy Sick Old Man,[12][2] and numerous others. Calls to the Yellers intensified once conference calls connecting them to various people, and often 911 dispatch centers, became recurrent. This eventually escalated to the point where at least one local police department claimed during a call, to have opened an active "hate crimes" investigation into the matter, due to the fact that Mr. Yeller is mentally challenged.

Lady Yeller (Sharon) and Mr. Yeller (Bill) are referred to collectively as The Yellers, though their real names are Sharon Davis and Bill Friend, respectively. Neither necessarily encompassed nor excluded by this definition are several female employees working at Lady Yeller's business, whom have also become victims of soundboard calls directed at Lady Yeller or Mr. Yeller,[13] as well as some of the children who Sharon allocates her services to.[14][15] Calls to The Yellers finally ended on April 25, 2011 after being tipped off by an anonymous source.[16]

(MistahBlonde2 was also responsible for a large number of calls, although those are not included on this wiki due to legal implications, however they can be found in chronological order on the current wordpress site)
Lady Yeller Edit
Sharon Davis is the owner and manager of a home for the disabled in McDonald County Missouri, where there are upwards of eight seriously handicapped people in residence, none of whom can work a telephone or even write their own names, as Sharon explained mockingly to an officer during one of the earlier calls whilst they discussed the possibility that the prank calls may be originating from inside the home itself.

Mr. Yeller Edit
Bill Friend is neither patient nor employee at the home for the disabled. It was previously assumed that Bill was adopted in some way by Sharon Davis and employed as a poorly paid handyman about the house after the death of Lady Charlotte Hurley; a prominent member of the local society, who had adopted Bill when he was abandoned on the steps of Hurley House (now demolished to make way for another Wal-Mart) as a baby due to his gross physical deformities and red hair. It is now known, however, that Bill is actually Sharon Davis' nephew.[2].

Bill resided for some time in a small trailer on the front lawn of the home for the disabled, and it was a small portable phone inside the trailer which was first called that led to the discovery of The Yellers. It is unknown whether Bill still resides in the trailer on Sharon's lawn, as further calls since April 25th to Sharon Davis and her staff have caused them to deny the existence of Bill altogether, save for the fact that during an investigative call to Sharon from an unknown prankster impersonating a potential employer 'calling Bill back' forced her to admit that Bill couldn't possibly have submitted an application to work because Bill could neither read nor write.

The most common depiction of Mr. Yeller is actually actor Tom Atkins in the role of Dan Challis from the movie Halloween III: Season of the Witch. An alternate depiction of Mr. Yeller was later revealed by MistahBlonde2, which portrays Bill as a bucktoothed retard. MistahBlonde2 has since rejected the bucktoothed version on the grounds that the mustache in the original depiction is "sexy"; as claimed by Bill's massive fanbase on YouTube and number complaint forums. It is unknown at this time whether the mustache craze which swept the prank call community in May 2011 was a direct result of Bill Friend or not, but it seems likely.
