Oligo chips/Gene Chips/Oligonucleotide Chips: Photolithography/ Maskless array synthesizer
For the analysis of transcriptome oligonucleotide chips are utilized. The oligo chips are prepared by direct on chip synthesis. The photolithography and maskless array synthesizer methods are applied for synthesis of gene chips.
