As a part of our final countdown to crowning our Good Neighbor of the Year, Kelly checks in with nominee Tim, the Executive Director of Families Forward, a Des Moines nonprofit providing short and medium-term housing for families while helping them build financial independence. Tim shares how Families Forward would use the money from being name Good Neighbor of the Year by helping kids in his community find a stable home, and creating the best holiday that they can for them.
