Tanzanian government holds expo to promote excellence in manufacturing industry
The Tanzania Confederation of Industries brought together local and international manufacturers to showcase their products. Tanzanian’s manufacturing industry contributed 23.2 percent of the GDP in 2022, and the government's goal is to grow the sector to become a semi-industrialized country by 2025.
