Canon Printer: How to Convert/setup CISS (Pixma TS307) #canon

We purchased this Canon Pixma TS307 last month, and the cartridge got empty few weeks later. Instead of buying new cartridge that will cause us like 400php or more, we decided to have it converted to CISS instead. This means, we can just buy inks and refill it easily without spending lots of money.
The goal is to save money and to worry less about getting the cartridge empty anytime.
