ALLOCATION OF GUESTROOM
Specific room allocation cannot be guaranteed and subject to availability not prior to arrival of guest at the hotel. Please check the terms & conditions and the A-Z guide of the booked accommodation type, applicable when booking via selected travel agents. When booking is online via the hotel's secure online engine the hotel's terms and conditions apply Kindly note that there are no adjoining rooms. Families may be allocated as close as possible upon availability.

COURTESY ROOMS
The hotel does not provide courtesy rooms as a standard facility. Until departure and after check-out from hotel room, all departing guests are welcome to use the hotel facilities while the hotel holds guest’s luggage until departure.

EARLY ARRIVAL OR LATE DEPARTURE
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your room, we recommend booking the room for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your guest room until you depart. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your luggage and make our pool and beach facilities available for you to freshen up.

DAY USE OF GUESTROOMS

INFANTS & TODDLERS
This hotel is not “exclusively family” nor “adults only” thus not recommended for children under the age of 16. Although we welcome families with children of all ages, we do not provide facilities and activities for children. Therefore children should be supervised by an adult parent at the pool and hotel outdoors areas at all times. For the comfort and respect of all guests, it is expected that parents supervise young children’s behavior in the Restaurants, Bars and Lobby Lounge. Restaurant admission for young children applies in the evening.

Hotel is not liable for valuables not positioned in the complimentary safe located in every guestroom. Vault is available at Reception to accommodate large valuable items.

Due to cliff top location, construction and extensive grounds, the hotel is not suitable for the less mobile. No caddy available on premises.
