Round 5–6 (Balance + Control)
• Lunge to RDL
• Knee Tuck
• Forward Lean Lunge

Round 7–8
• Kneel Squat
• Narrow to Wide Squat
• Staggered Squat

Round 9–10 (Elevated Lunges)
• 1½ Rep Elevated Lunge
