Combined Registration for MFA and SSPR - Agile IT Tech Talks

Combined Registration removes a common cause of user confusion when they are enrolled for Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) and Self Service Password Reset (SSPR) at the same time. With the old method, users would be asked for contact information twice in a row, leading to needless IT support calls when they assumed the process was broken.
