Today we took a trip out to the countryside. About 70km east of Udon Thani city centre is a small village called Sri Sawang.
This is where Pook's father grew up and still part owns the family farm.
A beautiful, relaxing place where they grow rice, mangoes, bananas, palm and rubber trees. They also have a fish farm with two lakes.
The temple opposite the farm is pretty special too. The 12 rai of land that it sits in was donated by Pook's grandparents 45 years ago so that the temple could be built.
