Hello everyone & welcome. You've discovered Bri Budgets! Today's upload is my TAX REFUND Paycheck of February 2022! I’m so excited to get this year rocking and rolling. What goals are y’all setting for yourselves this year? I’d love to see them in the comments :) I’m almost to my $1,000 goal for my emergency fund!!! So excited to reach these goals this year.

This year my tax refund check was around $1,900. I’ll be stuffing $1,000 of that amount for my different envelopes. I had to take care of some things that need immediate financial attention, which is why I’m only stuffing a portion.

*UPDATE*
I GOT A PROMOTION AT WORK! It won’t be in effect until March, but I’m transitioning from hourly to salary pay. I’m so excited! My paychecks will be higher now, so I’ll be able to save more and stuff my sinking funds the way I’d like to. This journey of cash envelopes has literally helped me save my money. I don’t spend money like it used to. Can’t wait to be debt free! It’s coming soon.🤩
