Using Flex Nib for Devanagari Calligraphy!? Exploring Kanwrite Flex Nib Pen - Chaitanya Gokhale

Flex nibs are usually associated with scripts like Copperplate or Spencerian, but I was curious to see how this pressure and stroke modulation technique could translate into Devanagari calligraphy.

In this video, I explore the Kanwrite Heritage Ultra Flex fountain pen through a more hands-on and practical approach - from filling the pen and understanding the nib/feed system to actually writing Devanagari letterforms with it. I also share some thoughts on papers, inks, stroke formation, and how I’ve been adapting flex-style writing into Devanagari over time.

This is less of a conventional pen review and more of an honest exploration of what happens when flex nib meets Devangari script.
