Clean and cut mushrooms in quarters
In a pan add little oil,and sauté 2 tbsp of besan until golden brown,now add Kashmiri Lal and cook for 1 minute
In a bowl take 3-4 tbsp of thick curd,add this besan+chilli powder mix,turmeric powder,coriander powder,salt and some kasuri methi,mix it well and add chopped mushrooms mix and keep it aside for 10-15 minutes
Now cook these mushrooms in a pan and keep it aside
For the gravy,add some oil in a Kadhai
Add some cumin seeds and finely chopped onions,sauté until golden brown and add ginger garlic paste,tomato +cashew paste and cook until the oil gets separated
Now add cooked mushrooms and mix it
Add 1 cup of hot water and cook for 3-4 minutes
At last add kitchen king masala
Garnish with some fresh coriander and green chillies
And enjoy!
