Chicken (500 gm)
Curd (100 gm)
Bay Leaf
Onions (3, chopped)
Tomatoes (2, pureed)
Ginger-Garlic Paste (1 tbsp)
Turmeric Powder (½ tsp)
Red Chili Powder (1 tsp)
Coriander Powder (1 tsp)
Cumin Powder (1 tsp)
Garam Masala (½ tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Sugar (1 tsp)
Oil (2 tbsp)
Water (1 cup)
Fresh Coriander (for garnish)
🔴 Steps to Make Chicken Curry in Cooker:
1️⃣ Marinate the chicken with curd, spices, and mustard oil for 1 hour.
2️⃣ Cook the marinated chicken in a pressure cooker for 2 whistles.
3️⃣ In a pan, heat oil and sauté onions, sugar, and bay leaf. Add tomato paste and spices to the pan.
