New Generic Spin Decoupler Test

Since I seem to be getting a lot of questions: The craft is spun up because IRL most kick motors did not have thrust vectoring. The spin averages out the errors and provides stability. Just like a bullet fired from a rifled barrel. IRL the spinning would start while connected to the second stage which provides stability via its rcs during spin up but that requires robotics in KSP and doing a spin like this results in some jankiness. So we provided a simpler solution although it adds a bit more error. Its still effective though compared to doing the burn with no spin.

The de-spin device then slows down the spin once the burn is complete via the through the transfer of angular momentum. Spin stabilised satellites would then remain in this slow spinning state or those with RCS might use their on board thrusters to then halt the spin entirely.

Ps. The Star 37 and Star 48 modelled in BDB are the versions with thrust vectoring but the spin table lets you use them like the non TVC versions or with other kick motors without vectoring.
