What does Lease a Option house look like? Today let's go inside one of my houses to share with you how we sell houses without doing any repairs on a rent to own basis. I know you may be wondering, how on earth do I sell houses that need work done. Well, it's actually very easy and commonly known as a rent to own. This house you're about to see was sold without a refrigerator(WOW). It's all about the value and service you're offering your community.
I used to think I had to offer pretty house rentals to attract the most quality tenant. Then I learned about lease options and found out I was terribly wrong. The tenant buyers we're looking for want to become home owners, but their credit is prohibiting them from realizing the American dream of home ownership. But they must have some type of Down Payment in order for us to rent to them.
Join me to walk through the condition of one of my Lease Option houses so you'll see exactly how we sell houses without even painting them. It's really amazing when you think about it because the tenant buyer does most, if not all of the work and they're happy to do it.
