I have a lot more to tell about my story, but then this video would last for way to long. This project is something that means a lot to me because ever since I was 12 years old my main goal was (and still is) to have a better body. Something that I didn't expect from achieving a better physique are the psychological benefits. my confidence is now up to where it should be and Ive proven to myself that aslong as I work my ass off, everything is possible!
