Hi babies, I have been dying to create this neon cut crease makeup tutorial. I got inspired from a photo I saw on Instagram, and thought it was such a beautiful unique look so, I had to do it. This is a technique of a glow in the dark makeup but instead it glows during the day type of makeup. I am obsess with neon cut crease because the effect it gives is so dope.
