Extubation and first breaths after double lung transplant - Cystic Fibrosis

Less than 24 hours after receiving a lifesaving double lung transplant due to end-stage Cystic Fibrosis, I was ready to come off the ventilator! This video was taken in the ICU on 5/13/19 when I was extubated and took my first independent breaths!
