Dalma often needs to send confidential files to colleagues and external partners, and she relies on Tresorit’s Link Settings to ensure her documents are accessible only to the right people, with the right protections in place.

Here’s how to manage Link Settings:

1. Open the Tresorit app and right-click the file you want to share
2. Select Share
3. Click Link Settings to customize your sharing link with options like expiration date, password, open limits, email notification, disable download, and more
4. Hit Save and copy the link to share securely

And if you ever send the link to the wrong person, no worries — you can simply revoke it, instantly cutting off access to the file.
