Here’s how you can make it in CapCut—quick and easy! 🎬

1️⃣ Film Your Clips 🎥
• Record three clips:
• One of you dropping a towel.
• A clean plate of the background (make sure the towel stays where it lands).
• A final clip of you popping up into the frame.

2️⃣ Trim & Freeze ✂️
• Split the first clip right after the towel settles on the floor.
• For the clean plate, create a freeze frame, then delete the left portion.
• Split the final clip just before you pop into frame, then delete the left portion.

3️⃣ Overlay & Align 🏗
• Overlay the freeze frame and position it roughly in place.
• Duplicate the main clip, hit ‘Overlay’, and move it to the third layer.

4️⃣ Remove & Mask 🪄
• Select the duplicated clip, go to ‘Remove Background’, choose ‘Custom Removal’, and highlight just the towel.
