In this video, I explained a real-time Dynamics 365 CRM JavaScript scenario: **Prevent Duplicate Active Opportunities for the Same Customer and Product Interest**.

In many sales projects, users may accidentally create multiple active Opportunities for the same customer and same product/service. This can create confusion for the sales team and duplicate pipeline data.

To solve this, we implemented JavaScript on the Opportunity form. When the user tries to save an Opportunity, the script checks whether an active Opportunity already exists for the same Customer and Product Interest. If a duplicate is found, the system shows an alert message and stops the save operation.
