5 KEY Lessons to trading penny stock runners:
1. Low float runners with positive news are almost always long set ups
This is an extremely simple day trading strategy for beginners. If the stock has low float like $SOLY and $ELTK, and the company has news on day one such as FDA approval, the stock is a buy on pull backs. If you are predominately a short seller, you should avoid trying to short these low float stocks on day one.

2. Swing strong day one movers overnight
I've mentioned in my penny stock swing overnight strategy video. If the stock is breaking above previous resistance on the daily, has above average trading volume, and positive news on day one, the penny stock is very likely to gap up overnight and spike the next morning. So take advantage of the buying momentum on these penny stock hype!

3. Find reverse split stocks to trade and add to watchlist
Runners like $DMPI and $GNCA stock were both recent reverse split penny stocks from the last few weeks. I use paid services like Benzinga Pro to alert me about these reverse split penny stock runners. But I have a video on the penny stock reverse split strategy and how to find them for FREE.

4. Do not chase penny stock breakouts.
Buying penny stock breakouts is the most predictable and most commonly taught penny stock trading strategy taught in many day trading chat rooms and trading DVD's. The risk reward is often to the downside unfortunately. Instead of buying break outs, I suggest waiting for downtrend break or bull flag breakout to go long.

5. Stay away from low float penny stocks mid day to avoid market maker manipulation.
Market makers love to play games, especially on these small cap penny stocks with low floats that are easy to move. They were trapping both buyers and sellers on $ELTK and $SOLY stock. The best way to avoid penny stock manipulation is to make your money in the morning and walk away. Another trading tip I have for you is to use higher timeframe charts like 5 min or 10 min candle charts. That will help with your patience and give you a bigger picture perspective.
