First marination
Chicken breast or supreme - 1 portion
Salt to taste
White pepper powder - 1/3 tsp
Yellow chilli powder - 1/3 tsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Lemon juice - 1.5 tbsp

Second marination
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp
Bhuna huaa besan - 1.5 tbsp
Hung curd - 2.5 tbsp
White pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Yellow chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Pinch of cardamom powder
Kasuri methi - 1/2 tsp
Cream fresh - 2 tbsp
Sugar as needed
Egg white - 3 nos
Butter - 2 tbsp
Serve with mint chutney and lemon
