Zone 2 Success: 2 x 30 Minutes 20SPM row

Today’s mission to get in to Zone 2 training, maintaining a steady 20 SPM (strokes per minute) at a 2:30/500m pace. Trying to keep that rhythm and discipline to stay consistent.
In my previous videos, the stroke felt a bit disjointed, but today things really started to click. Steady-state grind is really beginning here. Building a solid aerobic base.
- Duration: 60 Minutes (2 x 30-minutes)
- Target Rate: 20 SPM
- Target Pace: 2:30 per 500m
