Using the new Leads Finder actor, this workflow replaces the old Apollo scraper so you never miss out on fresh prospects.

In this video, I’ll show you how to quickly search for leads by industry, job title, company size, and location, automatically gather all relevant data, and organize it into Google Sheets for easy outreach and enrichment.

Here’s what this workflow does:
- Accepts custom search criteria (industry, job title, company size, location, and more)
- Constructs a properly formatted API request with the help of an AI agent
- Sends the request to the Leads Finder actor and fetches contact data (emails, phone numbers, LinkedIns, etc.)
- Validates, filters, and cleans lead data to ensure quality contacts
- Appends leads directly to Google Sheets for instant access and further action
- Handles API keys and configurations for both self-hosted and cloud setups
