Kinetic chain joint instability and back pain

As we often see with patients who have low back/sacroiliac joint instability, it can often "spread" to other joints like the hip and eventually down to the knee, etc.. as the joints become more unstable, additional force is transferred to the adjacent joint which can, in turn, become unstable and the cycle continues.
