Wudang Five Animal Qigong is one of the most practiced pillars by Wudang Martial Artists and Qigong Practitioners. Historically Wudang Taoists were required to practice these five forms daily. This practice is comprised of five major forms including Tortoise, Snake, Dragon, Tiger & Crane

Wudang Kung Fu is the cultivation of inner harmony through grace, beauty, power and practicality of body motion.
Animating the spirit and movements of the 5 animals dynamic qigong (energy cultivation); one can practice balance through movement and stillness, softness and explosiveness, power and grace.
