Vancouver, British Columbia - East Hastings Street

It has been more than a year since I walked through Vancouver's east side. I couldn't tell if things are better or worse. Perhaps they are the same. Men and women are languishing on the sidewalks.

East Hastings Street contrasts sharply with the expensive condos and office towers of the financial district. Many of the residents of Skid Row are Indigenous.
