let me start off by saying this..... this video is old and my mindset was a bit jaded back then on this subject that was already controversial to begin with.

with that being said , I believe that you are paid in direct proportion to the skill set that you bring to the company.

If the skill set isn’t desirable then you won’t be paid as highly for it.

So you can’t really complain about not making much money. Instead you should focus on gaining skills that are in demand.

Coming from the perspective of someone who’s trying to build out a digital marketing business in the shadows , an employee is indeed an asset to the business owner and the company.

They help automate & scale the business with the taskss they perform and we compensate them based on the value of the job.

This is crucial because that means employees play a huge part in the company and also the business owners life by freeing up time for him

But also in the same voice..... never settle for less. That’s the moral of the video.As long as you want something go for it and never look back. That’s it.
