Recipe
1lb extra lean hamburger
1/2 onion
Clove of garlic
Stick of celery
Salt and pepper to taste
Frozen peas and carrots about 1 to 1 1/2 cups
Potatoes and sweet potatoes mashed with 1/2 cup Philadelphia cream cheese
One can cream corn
Fry the ground beef with the onion, garlic and celery, put this mixture in the bottom of a oven safe dish, add your frozen veggies, then put your potatoe mixture on top of that, then your cream corn layered on the top,
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1/2 hour then enjoy.
