Romanian band formed in 1994 by Nicolae Marin as N.N.D. During 1994-1998 the music style was hip-hop, rap. 
In 1999, Nicolae Marin changed the musical direction of band to Eurodance and name to N&D (acronim of N.N.D.) with Delia Matache. 
In 2003 Delia Matache left the band to begin a solo career as Delia. 
Nick (Nicolae Marin) continue the band activity, Delia being replaced by Deea (2003) and Mihaela Zielger (2006). 
The band was disbanded from 2007.
