Baking Doughboy/mini bake

4 cups flour
1 cup grated coconut
1.1/2 cup liquid use 1 cup milk or coconut milk or mix water with the milk
3 tsp B.powder
1/2 tsp salt or less
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon shortening(optional) this help make it soft
1/4 tsp yeast if using instant just add to flour
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1 tablespoon sugar
