Florida Nature Preserve | Boyd Hill Hiking Trails | St. Petersburg, FL

Boyd Hill is a 245 acre nature preserve in the heart of St. Petersburg, Florida. Boyd Hill offers at least 6 miles of trails and an aviary. The nature preserve is home to many native animals including turtles, alligators, otters, raccoons, snakes and birds. The aviary specifically is home to injured birds who have found a new home.

Boyd Hill it a true hidden gem of St. Petersburg.

In this vlog we walk along our favorite trails at Boyd Hill, the Main Trail, Live Oak Trail and Lakeside trail. We also walk across the bridge to visit Lake Maggiore island. Make sure to watch the whole vlog to see the baby alligators we saw on Maggiore island!
