Hey guys!

When I was researching to come to South Korea I wanted to know as much as I could about the cost of living. How much things cost and how much I would need to save at least for the first month while I adjusted.

This a video I wish I had found and I hope it’s helpful to those who want to get a gist of how much to save before coming here. As I am from South Africa the currency is converted to the Rand. Hence the “R”.

At the time of this video’s upload, the currency conversion stands at:

Korean Won ₩1000 = R13.22 (South African Rands).

We all know this is forever changing because some how the rands get weaker. *sigh*- which is advantageous for sending money back home.
