Chinese Diesel Heater, Part 1
In this video I install the 5KW Chinese diesel heater in the pickup canopy. We take this truck all over the back country, overlanding, camping and needed a way to heat the living space. We had been using a My Buddy Heater but it caused a moisture problem as propane puts off nearly one gallon of water for every gallon of propane burned. We researched these Chinese diesel heaters and decide to give one a try. We love it!
Thought I would make a video so you could see how I installed one of these heaters in our pickup canopy. This is how I chose to install the heater and this video is for entertainment purposes only. I'm not a professional installer. You will need do your own research to see if this is an option for you. Consult the diesel heater owners manual and a professional installer if your in need of guidance with an installation.
