Doremidi MIDI to USB error

Pc can't recognize usb device,
I tried on two computers and the same thing happens. the usb (blue) light is off.
Cable don't work.
Solution:
The box and look for the part where the Usb cable connects to the PCB. The USB ground wire touches other wires and short circuits.
It needs to be isolated.
