Doritos Taco Pasta Salad! RECIPE👇

This is one of my favorite pasta salads, it is so delicious and is easy to make. It’s equally good even if you’re vegetarian, and leave out the meat.

INGREDIENTS:

● 1 box (12oz) rotini pasta
● 1 pound ground beef
● 1 packet of taco seasoning
● 3 tomatoes
● 1/4 cup green onions
● 1 green bell pepper
● 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed.
● 1 can sweet corn, drained
● 1/3 cup fresh cilantro
● 2 cups mexican cheese
● 1 cup Catalina dressing.
● 2-3 cups crushed nacho cheese Doritos.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
2. In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef and cook for 8-10 minutes, remove the beef grease. Then add taco seasoning, and stir until combined.
3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, beef, tomatoes, green onions, bell pepper, black beans, corn, cilantro, Mexican cheese and Catalina dressing. Stir until coated in the dressing.
4. Add crushed Doritos and mix well.
