Pancit Canton with Bihon easy Recipe 2021
Hello! Welcome to my channel. For today's video we're going to cook pinoy pancit canton with bihon. I prepared this for New Year 2021. Hubby and daughter definitely love it.
*You can add more or lessen the ingredients in your own preference.
INGREDIENTS:
1 lb Pancit bihon/rice noodles
1 pack excellent flour sticks pancit canton
2 lb chicken thighs cut into thin slices
1/2 lb Shrimp cut into half (Optional)
4 pieces of medium sized carrots
1/2 medium sized cabbage chopped
1 cup green beans
1 tsp minced garlic
6-7 tbsp soy sauce
32 oz chicken broth
1 tbsp oyster sauce
dash of black pepper
dash of onion & garlic powder
* You can add fresh onions as you prefer.
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Saute the minced garlic in a large pan
2. Add the marinated chicken and let it cook for 4 minutes
3. Cook the seasoned shrimp in another pan for 3 minutes
4. Put in the green beans, cabbage, and carrots
5. Pour half chicken broth then simmer for few minutes
6. Remove all the ingredients in the pan excluding the liquid broth
7. Add soy sauce, black pepper, oyster sauce, onion and garlic powder to the liquid broth and let it boil for few minutes
8. In a pan with the broth, add pancit canton and bihon(Soaked in water for 10 minutes) cover and let it cook completely
9. Add the vegetables, meat, and shrimp that you put aside earlier and mix together.
10. Serve hot and enjoy!
