Niki is a member on the dream SMP who was part of L'manberg until Jschlatt won the election and kicked out Wilbur and tommyinnit. This made her hate L'manberg, and later the government, which is why she later joined Technoblade in the syndicate, where ranboo and ph1lza also are.

Niki built an underground city which she built to stay away from all of the other members on the SMP, as she doesn't want to be hurt again.
